Excited to announce the launch of our newest member benefit: Acute Vision & Habits Coaching, a one-on-one coaching series to unearth your vision and build habits for sustainable personal growth.

You don’t lack discipline, or purpose, or vision. You are, however, buried beneath a pile of obligations and responsibilities. And beneath it all, there’s a tiny seed of ‘vision’. You sense it briefly in a quiet moment - when you’re in the shower, right before you fall asleep, when you eat the wrong kind of mushrooms 🍄.

In our one-on-one Acute Vision & Habits Coaching, we’re going to unearth your vision and identify the habits that’ll lead you to sustainable personal growth.

We’ll start with the roles you play in life and what values you want to exhibit within these roles. Then we’ll identify habits that best support you embodying those values. Finally, we’ll build a system so that doing these habits requires less discipline.

As you put your system into practice, you’ll build confidence every day as each habit is a reminder to yourself of your vision and your progress towards that vision. Then when 💩 happens, when life throws you a curve, you’ll be rooted in a system that’ll keep you pointed in the right direction despite life’s bumps and curves.

Notice I didn’t mention goals. Goals are outcomes and results. You’ll accomplish them as a by-product of your habits, but they’re just mile markers on our journey, they’re not the destination.

This series will consist of three 1:1 coaching sessions:

  • Session 1 👀: Unearthing your vision & values and identifying the right habits to support them.

  • Session 2 🏗️: Building a system for successfully sticking with your habits.

  • Session 3 ✍️: Check on progress after six weeks and make adjustments as needed.

Since the content we consume is the food for our ideas, throughout our coaching I’ll share content related to your vision & values and you can reach out with questions via email. I’ll also share a list of resources 📚(books, newsletters, podcasts) that I’ve relied on to build my own system for vision & habits.

Because of the time involved, spots will be limited to only 2 clients at a time and we’ll build a waitlist beyond that for those interested.

  • Any/all of the above. We’ll walk through a series of questions that’ll help you unpack your vision for your life, and the roles that physical health or professional growth play. From there we can build and prioritize habits in the domains of life that have the greatest impact on your vision.

  • Free! Today, it’s included in your Acute membership.

  • This private coaching series is $500 for non-Acute members.

  • Before the first coaching session, you’ll need to answer a set of questions as pre-work. That’s it! I’ll also share a list of resources I’ve relied on to build my own system for vision & habits, but it’s not required reading. That’s the value of the course - curation of all the research so that we can apply the knowledge directly for your situation.


What if I don’t think I’m ready for this? I’m not really sure what I want.

I had this same exact question the first time I sat down to set vision & habits for myself.

Three things I wish someone would’ve told me back then:

  1. Your vision is not static, it will change. You’ll articulate a destination you dream to reach. The journey there will influence that destination, but establishing a general direction to navigate towards is an accomplishment in itself.

  2. Mood follows action. Brain science has proven that it’s actually behavior that influences your thoughts and feelings and perceptions, not the other way around. So by taking action, you can start to rewrite a lot of the stories you tell yourself.

  3. There is no wrong answer in this workshop or on any of the questions we walk through. The commitment to search for an answer is the answer.
